Graduated from Novosibirsk State University (Faculty of Humanities).
Since 1982 has been a professional journalist. Member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR (since 1984) and of Moscow (since 1992). During Soviet times, worked on newspapers in Novosibirsk, Alma-Ata and Kishinev; has years of hands-on experience in federal (“Kommersant”, “Expert”, “Izvestia”) and corporate (“Gazprom” magazine) publications – special correspondent, department editor, copy editor, editor-in chief. Since 2014, has been deputy director general and editor-in-chief of the “Construction.RU” online journal.
Awarded a Badge of Honor by the RF Union of Journalists (2002); honorary diploma from the RF Union of Journalists, “For the creation of an economic journal of the new type”; Grand Prix winner in the all-Russia competition, “The best corporate edition of 2005”. Prize-winner of the “Silver Camertone” national competition (2006), laureate in the Golden Prize of the European Association of Corporate Press (ECPV).
