Entrepreneur Igor Chaika, a son of the current Prosecutor General of Russia, has got interested in the construction of a new health resort with a hotel in the Crimea.




The businessman also considers an option of the acquiring of an existing health resort for its further reconstruction.

According to TASS news agency, at present, Igor Chaika is examining a number of sites for the purchase in the Crimea. He can also buy an operating health resort or a site for construction of a new one.

Mr. Chaika named state-owned “Zori Rossiyi” (Dawns of Russia) located in the Crimean city of Yalta as the most “developed” offers.  

“We have filed documents for the company’s registration in the Crimea, and in the near future, the company will send a letter with an offer for sale or joint development of this complex,” - the businessman said.
