Russian scientists have developed a method of the production of new heavy-duty polymers, which properties are superior to foreign samples.
This statement made Svetlana Khashirova, the head of the laboratory of advanced polymers set up by the Advanced Research Foundation and the Education Ministry in the Kabardino-Balkar State University.
“Today we can confidently say that we have managed to make a breakthrough and develop our own high-tech process of obtaining of new polymers, most of which characteristics surpass foreign analogues”, – Khashirova said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
According to her, in 2014, the Advanced Research Foundation has entrusted the laboratory with a complex task: it was necessary to create a completely domestic super structural polymer for three dimensional printing, as well as the technology for its production.
