A Japanese consortium led by Sojitz and JSC Khabarovsk Airport have started the preparation of legal documents on the entry of investors in the project for construction and operation of a terminal at the airport in the Russian city of Khabarovsk.
The construction will begin in the summer of 2017, the Department for information and public relations of LLC Management Company COMAX said on Tuesday.
“The parties have begun preparing legal documents for entering of a consortium of Japanese investors: Sojits Corporation, Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport & Urban Development (JOIN), Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. (JATCO) in the project. Start of the construction of the passenger terminal intended for domestic flights at the Khabarovsk International airport is scheduled for the summer of 2017”, - the head of the Department Dmitry Kuzmin said.
