In April 2017, sales of premium new buildings in Moscow amounted to about 6 billion rubles, as it follows from Tweed company’s statement.
Analysts specify that as of the month’s end, 67 transactions have been concluded in the primary market of elite real estate of Moscow.
The average budget of sold apartments of this segment amounted to 94,6 million rubles compared to 79.2 million rubles a year earlier, the average cost of 1 square meter is 802,400 rubles (last year the sum totaled 747,800 rubles).
The average area of sold apartments amounted to 118 square meters compared to 106 square meters last year.
According to experts, since the beginning of this year, Moscow brokers have gained not less than 22.2 billion rubles from the sale of premium buildings.
