The Russian Federal Subsurface Management Agency (Rosnedra) has issued a license for geological study, exploration and mining on two hydrocarbon sites in Chechnya – the Predgornensky and Bamutsko-Datykhsky, as it follows from the company’s statement.




The licenses for both sites are valid until the 30th of April, 2042.

The Predgornensky subsoil plot is located within the territories of the Urus-Martansky, Shalinsky and Groznensky municipal districts of the Chechen Republic, the Russian North Caucasus. The Bamutsko-Datykhsky subsoil plot is situated within the Achkhoi-Martanovsky and Urus-Martanovsky municipal districts of the Chechen Republic.

The amount of the final single payments for the Bamutsko-Datykhsky and Predgornensky sites totaled 2.3 million and 6.9 million, respectively.
