This morning, a fire broke out in a non-residential building at the address Lubyansky proezd, 19, located near the headquarters of the Russian Federal Security Service (the FSB) in Moscow.
The cause of the fire has not been established yet. As Construction.RU was told by the Emergency Ministry of Russia, at the moment, the fire area has reached 3000 square meters. Immediately after the alarm signal about the fire at 08.30 local time, several fire brigades arrived at the scene of the emergency.
Firefighters immediately set to extinguish the flames. There is no information on victims yet. Although the building is a nonresidential one, there is a possibility that people without a permanent home could be there when the fire broke out.
