YIT, a Finnish building company, intends to invest over 10 million euro in the construction of housing in the Leninsky district of the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don.
This is what the company’s press office told Construction.RU on Wednesday. The YIT representative specified that the matter concerned the development of “Seasons” residential compound.
The residential compound will include four 20-storey multi-apartment houses with an area of 12,000 square meters each, with a nursery school, three underground and overland parking lots for 360 cars and four recreation grounds.
The works at a construction site will be carried out in several phases. The first one is planned to be completed in late 2018, while the latter is scheduled for year 2022.
