A foundation stone laying ceremony at a construction site of a future Mercedes plant in the Moscow region, Russia, will be held on the 20th of June, 2017.
This information is provided in a letter of invitation sent to the head of the Moscow region, Andrey Vorobyev, who published it today on his social media page.
We should remind you that the plant for the production of cars of this high-profile German brand will be built in the Moscow region in the territory of Yesipovo industrial park located in the Solnechnogorsky district.
After the construction activities are completed, about 1,000 jobs are expected to be created at the enterprise. The full circle plant is designed to release some 25,000 high-quality vehicles per year.
