In 2017, the volume of new apartment offers on the St Petersburg market will increase twice in comparison with the last year – up to 250,000 square meters in 15 projects.
This follows from a report prepared by Colliers International consulting company.
For the first four months of year 2017 only, the current market supply of apartments has exceeded by a quarter the rates of the previous year and amounted to 156,000 square meters, the company’s report says.
According to Colliers International, until the end of 2017, the apartment market of Russia’s second largest city may be added to by five new projects in the categories of “Comfort+” and “Business”.
