JSC Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology (MITT Corporation), which has developed Russian strategic ballistic missile complexes of Bulava and Topol, plans to build a hotel within the Vladykino transfer hub located in the northeast of Moscow.




This is what the Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction told RIA Property on Friday.

The Urban Planning And Land Commission has already approved the relevant draft development plan of a plot of land at the address: Signalny Proyezd, 12.

The total area of a hotel and other facilities being erected within the framework of the transfer hub will amount to 87,600 square meters, as it follows from a report released by the Committee.
