JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bank has acquired an under construction office building in Central Dublin to accommodate about 1,000 of its employees over the course of its moving from London after the UK exit from the EU, Irish newspaper RTE reports.

The Irish division of JPMorgan has purchased a building from Kennedy Wilson conglomerate, Canadian Fairfax Financial Holdings and Irish National Asset Management Agency.

The transaction amount has not been disclosed yet, however, according to Bloomberg’s sources, the matter concerns about 125 million euro for the entire building area of 12,000 square meters.

The building is expected to be completed and commissioned in the third quarter of 2018. The deal of JPMorgan’s acquisition will probably be completed at the same time.
