The China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC), a Chinese company, is likely to participate in the construction of a high speed railway in Belarus, the press office of the Economy Ministry of Belarus reported following a meeting between the head of the Department, Vladimir Zinovsky, and the management of CRCC and ZTE.
Mr. Zinovsky visited China as a member of an official delegation within the framework of a working visit to this country of Belarusian President, Alexander Lukashenko.
“Vladimir Zinovsky said that the Belarusian side welcomed the participation of CRCC companies in the construction of the industrial park’s infrastructure (Belarusian-Chinese Great Stone industrial park editor’s note), and other social facilities, including through technical and economic assistance on the part of China. He stressed that our country was highly interested in professional companies ready to draw financial resources on a mutually beneficial basis for the implementation of projects in Belarus”, the Ministry’s message reads.
