The Moscow government plans to build in Hanoi a multiuse complex with a hotel, offices and retail space, Russian trade representative in Vietnam, Vyacheslav Kharinov, said in an interview with Rambler News.
A similar project – a Vietnamese cultural and business center with Hanoi-Moscow hotel – was implemented in 2013, in the capital city of Russia, at the junction of the Moscow Ring Road and the Yaroslavl highway.
“Vietnamese partners are currently actively developing the Moscow-Hanoi business, hotel and shopping complex in Moscow, at the Yaroslavl highway. Negotiations on the construction of the same complex in Hanoi are in the active phase now – the government of Moscow intends to build such complex, in order to locate exhibition, office and hotel premises there to ensure the work of Russian business in Vietnam,” Vyacheslav Kharinov noted.
