Construction of a high-rise residential complex, Center City, near the Moscow International Business Center is planned to be completed until year 2023, director general of KORTROS state enterprise, Stanislav Kiselev, told reporters on Wednesday.
He specified that the project with a total residential area of 250,000 square meters is being implemented in two phases. Construction of the first one is scheduled to be completed in 2019, a year before schedule. In-situ concreting within the first phase are planned to be finished by the end of this year.
The key investor of the project is LLC Renova Holding Rus. The volume of investments in the construction of the residential complex will amount to 32 billion rubles ($567,5 million).
