Kyiv city state administration signed with the China Railway International Group and China Pacific Construction Group a memorandum of cooperation in a project for building the fourth line of the city’s metro.
According to information published by the city authorities on Friday, the document was signed on behalf of the city by Deputy Head of Kyiv administration, Mykola Povoroznyk, during a visit of Ukrainian governmental delegation to China to participate in a summit of One Belt, One Road international forum.
According to Mr. Povoroznik, in accordance with terms of the memorandum, the Chinese consortium, which has an extensive experience in infrastructure construction, acts as a managing partner of the project for construction of the fourth metro line in Kyiv.
