The Primorsky region located in the Russian Far East, will provide a state guarantee totaling 1.2 billion rubles for a possible loan for OJSC Nash Dom – Primorye, which is 100% owned by the regional administration, to complete the first phase of construction of one of the two Hyatt hotels in Vladivostok.
This information was provided by the press office of the regional legislative body of Primorye.
“The funds allocated for the completion (of the hotels), are considered to be insufficient so far. That is why, 1.2 billion have been approved by the committee for a possible loan for OJSC Nash Dom – Primorye to complete the first phase of the construction. This is the amount of guarantees of the Primorsky region,” Chairman of the Committee on fiscal policy and financial resources of the region’s Legislative Assembly, Galust Akhoyan, said.
