Steven Seagal intends to build a multi-purpose sports complex on his plot of land in the Far East, where he plans to carry out workshops and meetings with athletes. He will also set up an international cultural center with an amusement park, hotels, museum and exhibition complex.

The famous actor received Russian citizenship in November 2016, after what he unveiled his plans for doing business on Sakhalin, a Russian Far Eastern island.

The Far East Hectare Program was approved by Russian President Vladimir Putin last year and includes the Russian regions of Yakutia, Kamchatka, Chukotka, Primorye, Khabarovsk, Amur, Magadan, Sakhalin, and the Jewish Autonomous Region.
