A building company based in the Altai region, Russia, has patented a unique technology of construction of a wooden house.
As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the regional Economic Development Ministry, the technology under the name of Altai Warm House has no analogues in the world.
So, it will allow to build houses more resistant to seismic loads through the use of calibrated boards in two sizes, which are mounted in accordance with the new technology.
The cost of construction of such a structure will be lower compared to other designs. The invention has already been presented to Russian and international experts. The first houses will be built in accordance with the new technology as early as June.
