The Helicopters of Russia, a helicopter design and manufacturing company headquartered in Moscow, has acquired a 8,97% stake in JSC Zolotaya Roshcha health resort located in the Russian Olympic city of Sochi, as it follows from the company’s report released on Tuesday.
The company has bought a total of 23,778,040 shares of the facility. The deposition right will come into effect on May 11.
The Helicopters of Russia Holding was established in 2007, the Group includes a number of helicopter-making plants, design bureau, enterprises producing and servicing the components. The main consumers of the holding’s products are the Defense, Interior and Emergency ministries of Russia, as well as foreign and Russian aviation companies.
