The formation of a secret Alliance of Russia, China and the Philippines will not happen, and Moscow is not establishing any secret alliances, press secretary of Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, said.
“Russia does not establish any secret alliances, it consistently develops relations with other countries on a mutually beneficial basis and on the basis of mutual respect,” Peskov told reporters.
So he responded to a request to comment on the claims made by President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte about the possibility of a military alliance with Russia and China and the question of whether a meeting between Putin and Duterte is a step towards the creation of a secret alliance between the three countries.
“No, it's a step towards the development of bilateral relations,” Peskov specified.
