By the end of 2017, Hilong Group, a Chinese oilfield services company, will open a factory in Surgut, a city in the Khanty-Mansi autonomous region, Russia.
The volume of investments will amount to 600 million rubles. In addition, in the near future, the company plans the construction of a plant in another city of the region, Nizhnevartovsk.
