The investor, who has built Russia's largest indoor water park in the city of Novosibirsk, Siberia, is also going to spend 1 billion rubles (about $17,7 million) for a hotel construction there.
As TASS news agency reports on Tuesday, in-situ concreting and bricklaying have already been completed at a construction site of the hotel.
Now the developer is in talks with several operators, and following the negotiations, a concept for the hotel and its class will be determined. A total of 1 billion rubles are expected to be invested in the project.
The hotel will have an area of 9,000 square meters and 150 rooms. The facility will also house a sports center with gyms, playgrounds, swimming pool with the length of tracks amounting to 25 meters.
