The most expensive apartment in Moscow, the capital city of Russia, is for rent on Molochny Perulok for 1.7 million rubles ($30 million) per month, the press service of Mir Kvartir news website said, according to RIA Novosti.
An apartment with an area of 430 square meters is located in a residential compound, which is situated near Ostozhenka Street, the report indicates.
It occupies the upper two floors of the house and has a private exit to the roofing. The terrace offers views of old Moscow and Conception Convent, according to the press release. The convent (Zachatyevsky Monastery) is believed to have been founded in 1360 and was consecrated to the Feast of the Conception of Saint Anne.
