A high-capacity plant for the production and processing of rock salt is planned to be built in the Nizhny Novgorod region, Russia.
The project is estimated at 5,4 billion rubles (about $95 million).
As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of the regional government, over 400 new jobs were expected to be created at the enterprise. The salt processing plant will be located in the Koverninsky district of the region.
Investor is going to place 5,4 billion rubles in the facility’s construction. The enterprise is designed to release 600 tons of “Extra” salt annually.
The Nizhny Novgorod authorities intend to conclude a special investment project, upon which the investor will be eligible to claim tax benefits.
