An auction for the sale of one of the two hotels built for the 2012 APEC Summit in Vladivostok, is scheduled for mid-July, as it follows from a report of JSC Russian Auction House acting as an organizer of the bidding.
“For July 14, the Russian Auction House has scheduled an auction on the sale of a five-star mixed-use hotel complex with panoramic views of the Amur Bay – the former Hyatt”, the message reads.
The evaluation report of the asset’s market value was carried out by Ernst&Young.
Initial cost of the lot totals 4.1 billion rubles ($72 million). Auctions are held on behalf of JSC “Our Home Is Primorye”.
