The Russian architectural bureau Meganom Project will design a residential skyscraper in Manhattan, New York, the chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov told Interfax news agency on Thursday.
“This bureau is one of the best in Moscow. It participated in the development of major urban projects of the Russian capital. It was also engaged in the redevelopment of a huge former car factory ZIL with the establishment of a modern neighborhood in its place, as well as in the creation of a concept for the development of coastal areas of Moscow’s main water artery,” Mr. Kuznetsov said.
According to him, the participation of the Moscow architectural bureau in such projects, as construction of a skyscraper in New York, bears evidence of the high quality of current Moscow projects.
