Over a dozen of facilities producing cheese of diverse kinds, as well as infrastructure to them are planned to be established in the territory of the Moscow region’s city of Yakhroma, deputy chairman of the regional government Denis Butsaev.
“We plan to open a cheese production in the territory of the Moscow region. Our colleagues are investing there 0,5 billion each. The production will be established in the territory of Yakhroma. At present, we are creating a cheese cluster and establish infrastructure,” Batsaev said.
He has noted that the enterprises will produce, among others, blue cheese. A total number of enterprises in the cluster will reach up to 15 ones.
