KAMAZ and Rosatom engage in e-transport development in Russia

KAMAZ, a Russian truck manufacturer, and Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation have signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of electronic transport development, Rambler News reports on Friday.




The document was signed on the sidelines of 2017 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum by director general of KAMAZ, Sergey Kogogin, and the head of Rosatom, Alexey Likhachev.

According to this agreement, Rosatom’s enterprises will develop and supply to KAMAZ energy storage systems for electronic transport, electric generation systems based on fuel elements, power electronics, as well as are likely to provide products and services in the area of automated control systems of technological process at manufacturing enterprises, high data volume storage and processing technologies.
