The volume of a new-built commercial property in the Moscow region has increased by 20% over the past two years, the press office of the Construction Ministry of the Moscow region announced on Tuesday.
“In January – May 2017, the area of commercial real estate items put in operation in the Moscow region amounted to 967,000 square meters, what is 20% more compared to the same period in 2015,” the Minister of Construction Complex of the Moscow region, Sergey Pakhomov, said.
The Ministry clarified that the first in terms of volumes of input of commercial real estate items for the last five months are still logistics facilities (344,500 square meters). The area of rented office facilities amounted to 168,000 square meters.
