The Construction Ministry of the Moscow region has issued a permit for construction of a modern Globus hypermarket in the town of Kotelniki near Moscow.
As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the Ministry, a hypermarket with an area of 33,000 square meters is planned to be erected on a plot of land near a transport junction at the intersection of Novoyegoryevskoye and Novoryazanskoye shosse.
Also, a parking for 1300 cars is envisaged by the project. Some 1000 jobs are expected to be created there. Goods made by local manufacturers will account for the bulk of the product range.
The volume of investments in construction of a new hypermarket will amount to 5,5 billion rubles.
