The Moscow city authorities are planning to build a huge motorcycle racing track with an area of 5,200 square meters in Vladykino industrial zone located in the northeastern administrative district of Russia’s capital.
As Construction.RU was told on Thursday by the press office of the Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction, on June 8, the Urban Planning and Land Commission of Moscow has agreed the amendments to the urban land development plan at the address: Signalny Proyezd, building 37, for the construction.
The draft modifications to the land use and development rules will be introduced for public hearing. After that, a plot of land will be put on auction for subsequent construction of the motorcycle racing track there.
