Moscow regional department of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, following an unscheduled inspection, has fined Leroy Merlin Vostok, a hypermarket selling home and garden products, as it follows from documentation published by department.
The audits conducted in hypermarket revealed multiple violations – in particular, the matter concerns the realization of batches of seeds of vegetable and flower crops that are not included in the State register of breeding achievements admitted for use, as well as a preventive disinfection and quarantine phytosanitary inspection of the premises The Garden section have not been conducted.
As a result, Leroy Merlin Vostok was brought to administrative responsibility under article 10.3 and article 10.12 of Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation in the form of imposing of an administrative penalty.
