Changi airport in Singapore was voted the best in the world, as it follows from a study conducted by AirHelp.
International airport of Munich took the second place in the list of 76 airports, airport of Hong Kong is ranked third in the rating, according to a press release by AirHelp.
All the three facilities have received 10 out of 10 points for the quality of services. In addition, the study considers the timeliness of departure and arriving flights, as well as an analysis of more than 130 million messages posted by passengers from airports in Twitter social network.
Also, among the top ten airports there are those located in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Cincinnati, Barcelona, Madrid, Auckland and Frankfurt. Moscow Sheremetyevo airport ranked the 23rd.
