Chairman of Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee, Oleg Antosenko, announced on Thursday that a permit for construction of an extreme sports center in the south-east of Moscow has been issued.




He noted that a building located on Stavropol Street, bd. 41, would have a complex shape, with its area amounting to 4.680 square meters.

The sports center will include a wind tunnel, surf simulator, gym, spectator area and an area for pre-training, changing rooms, medical room, catering complex, technical and service premises, as well as parking lots.

Landscaping of the adjacent territory includes the installation of lighting, making lawns, installation of small architectural forms.

Completion of the construction is scheduled for late 2018. The developer is LLC Oniks.
