Construction of a storage building on the plot of land with an area of 12,700 square meters starts near the village of Sgonniki located in the Moscow region.
This information was provided to Construction.RU today by the press office of the regional Main Directorate of State Construction Supervision. The agency specifies that LLC Kovrovy Dvor acts as an investor of construction activities at the site.
After the construction is completed, the company intends to exploit these premises to store and sell carpeting.
The adjacent territory will be landscaped, and a parking will be established in the vicinity of the warehouse premises.
The facility is scheduled to be put in operation in the first quarter of 2018.
