Kengo Kuma, a Japanese architectural bureau, has developed a design for an eco hotel in Paris, which should become the “green lungs” for the whole district on the left bank of the Seine, according to the company’s report.
The document specifies that 1Hotel is planned to be built on Avenue de France by 2022. In addition to the main hotel part of a premium class, a sports center, business space, hostel, coworking, bar and a restaurant will be located in the area of 12,700 square meters.
Architectural design of the hotel suggests smudgy outline of the building, formed by a triangular facade projections, plenty of open terraces, wooden structures and live greenery at all levels of the hotel.
