A project for construction of a plant producing construction steelwork has been approved at the investment council of Cherepovets Mayor Office.
As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the regional administration, the new production facility will be located on the premises of Cherepovets industrial park.
The new industrial facility will include two workshops of 1,500 square meters each, a warehouse, boiler room, and an administrative complex.
The project will be implemented in three phases, the investor will invest about 700 million rubles. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of this year, commissioning is scheduled for the first quarter of 2019. 170 jobs are expected to be created at the enterprise.
