In the second quarter of 2017, the cost of the most expensive elite housing on Moscow market amounted to $62 million, according to Savills, which determined a hundred of the most expensive apartments in the capital city of Russia.
According to the company’s analysts, a buyer can purchase for this amount of money an apartment in the Tverskoi district of the capital. The cheapest elite apartment from the top 100 costs $3 million and is located in the Ostozhenka district.
The average budget of the facilities included in the rating is $12.5 million.
“Thus, a total cost of the first hundred of the capital's luxury apartments is about $1.25 billion, or more than 75 billion rubles,” the study states.
