The Russian Auction House will put on auction a plot of land with an area of 22,901 square meters located on Pogranichnaya Street in the town of Zelenogorsk near St. Petersburg, Russia’s second largest city.
As Consruction.RU was told on Wednesday by the press office of the Russian Auction House, a plot of land located near the coastline of the Gulf of Finland is estimated at 160 million rubles ($2,6 million).
Previously, a recreation and retreat center under the jurisdiction of AtomEnergoProyekt is located there.
According to the urban development documentation, construction of tourist, resort and health facilities, as well as hotels and detached homes is permitted in that territory.
