The authorities of the city of Makhachkala located in Russia’s North Caucasus intend to demolish illegally built multi-storey buildings in M-2 neighborhood.
Today, the Deputy Mayor of Makhachkala, Kurban Kurbanov, and the head of the Department for Capital Construction, Magomedgadgy Zalbekov, inspected a construction site in the area of M-2 neighborhood and expressed their discontent over a minimum distance between the buildings.
At present, construction of 63 multi-storey buildings is underway in the neighborhood, but 55 of them are litigated due to the lack of a complete package of permit documentation.
The officials made a decision to demolish the buildings, which construction is being carried out without required documentation.
