Boskalis-Van Oord, a Danish company, will take part in a gas pipeline construction within Nord Stream 2 project, Rambler News reports on Thursday with a reference to the project developr’s press office.
“Today, Nord Stream 2 AG has signed an agreement of intent with the Danish joint venture Boskalis-Van Oord for the implementation of works on a rock riprap for Nord Stream 2 AG construction... To ensure the stability of the gas pipeline on the seabed, a stone bedding in places with a rough bottom will be arranged along the entire route”, the message reads.
The document notes that the current scope of work under the contract is estimated at about €250 million.
“The contract details will be determined within a few weeks,” the company stressed.
