The Austrian company of Kronospan has evaluated the cost of the construction of the second phase of a timber factory near the city of Ufa (the Republic of Bashkortostan) as much as €200m
The second phase includes putting the production of OSB board in operation, as RBK reports today.
The construction and assembly work is expected to be completed in the end of 2017, and the production will be started in January, 2018.
The first line of the plant in Ufa, producing wood chip board cost the Austrian investor as much as €260m, the production operates with 50% load. The plant is planned to reach its design capacity production, 90,000 cubic meters a month, by the end of the year.
