Sakhalin authorities have announces a tender to choose a general contractor for the construction of an airport complex in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk for 6.76 bln roubles (≈$113m).
As it is said in the tender documents published on the state procurement website, the cost of the work is assessed more than 6.76 bln roubles as opposed to 6.51 bln roubles in the previous tender which was declared void.
The new building of a airport is to be built by November 30th, 2019. The object is included in the “Gorny Vozdukh” (Mountain Air) touristic territory of advanced development. Bids are accepted until August 9th, the tender is to take place on August 15th.
The project includes the construction of a two-storey passenger terminal with three galleries. The capacity of the complex will be 550 passenger of interior lines and 250 passengers of international lines a day.
