Moscow authorities searching for contractor to build techno-park and museum on former ZIL’s territory

The Moscow authorities have announced a tender for the purchase of 100% assets of “Korpus” LLC, the winner shall build a techno-park and a museum on the territory of the former ZIL industrial zone.




As it is said in the tender documents, the project will be presented at a road-show within the “Trade exchange” project on June 26th, 2017.

The initial cost is set as much as 1.13 bln roubles (≈$18.8m).

The winner of the competition is to knock down the old buildings and structures on the territory of the ZIL industrial zone, and then start reconstruction and construction.

A techno-park with an area of 114,000 sq.m will be built there. The objects are to be put in operation by June, 2022.

There will also be a ZIL museum which is to be opened by October, 2022. The museum will occupy the territory of about 2,000 sq.m.

The future owner will have to get a status of a techno-park by December, 2022.
