In Makhachkala (the Republic of Dagestan, Russia) two abusers kidnapped Ibragim Kazibekov, minisyer of construction, architecture and utilities of the Republic of Dagestan in the south of Russia. The Aliskantov brothers ambushed the minister near a hippodrome in Makhachkala, took him to a BMW M5 and disappeared. Later they ransomed 70m roubles (≈$1,2m).
The kidnapped official was kept for seven hours chained on a radiator in a house in the centre of Makhachkala, while the scoundrels were negotiating about the money.
The policemen managed to seize one of the evil people. Several hours later the other criminal was arrested.
The minister was released safe and sound, and later the same day he took part in the sitting of the government.
