Auchan hypermarkets will open in the RIO trade centres in Belgorod, Kostroma and Vologda, as the press-office of the Tashir GC, which owns the centers, has told Construction.RU today in its press-release.
The hypermarkets in Belgorod and Kostroma are intended to be opened before the end of 2017, while the one in Vologda will start working in the first quarter of 2018.
The total area of the new retail; hypermarkets will be about 30,000 sq. meters.
Additionally, an anchor tenant of the RIO trade centre in Archangelsk which is to be open in March, 2018, will be the Maxi hypermarket. Its area will total 8,200 sq.m, as it is noted in the press release.
