A house in Taganka district of Moscow built in the beginning of the ХХ century to be sold at an e-auction, according the the report of the press office of the Moscow Department of competitive policy.




The building, a former rental house, is situated in Pestovsky side-street. In 1911 architect Sergei Zharov decorated its façade with the emblem of Napoleon Bonaparte to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the victory over the French Army in 1812. Presently the building is occupied by a 3-star hotel with all engineering networks. The area of the four-storey building is 1,200 sq. meters on a land plot of 346 sq. meters.

The current rental agreement is valid until March 31st, 2029.

The lot is supposed to be interesting to a tenant who might buy it out or the one who wants to buy a ready rental business.

The initial cost of the lot totals 48.7 m roubles (≈$812,000). Bids for the auction to be sent until August 24th, the tender is to take place on August 30th, 2017
