The reconstruction of the ZIL industrial zone includes the creation of a technopark on the basis of four premises belonging to ZIL and its affiliates, RIA Novosti reports referring to Director General of ZIL. Igor Zakharov.
The organizer of the open tender is the Moscow Department of competitive policy.The technopark will be located on the noether part of the ZIl’s territory.
3.96 hectare large land plots are designated for production and administrative buildings and structures. The total area of the buildings is 67,000 sq. meters.
The winner of the competition shall provide for 4 bln investment in the construction and the reconstruction of the objects, as well as the assignment of the technopark status to the territory and all real estate objects before the end of 2022.
The real estate market experts think the lot interesting for investors. The initial cost of the purchase/sale agreement.for 100% stock is 1.13 bln roubles (≈$18.8m).
