Deutsche Bank did the largest deal in 2017 in Moscow on renting an A-class office, RIA Realty reports referring to the JLL consulting company’s press release.
Deutsche Bank Technological Centre in Russia has rented 8,2oo sq. meetrs in the “Aquamarine III” business centre on Ozerkovskaya embankment.
The tenant is to start finishing work in the office units to be completed in May – June of 2018.
The business centre is located in Zamoskvorechie district not far from the Kremlin, with three metro station nearby – Novokuznetskaya, Trtiakovskaya and Paveletskaya.
"Aquamarine III" is owned by the AFI Development company. It consists of four A-class buildings with the total area of 76,000 square meters united with a common parking.
AFI Development was founded in 2001 , and since September,2016 belongs to Lev Levaev.
